1. Principal, Senior Principal — Enterprise Services, Biotech, Deep Tech, and related sectors

Requirements:

• STEM degree from a top domestic or international university. Interested in early-stage investing and looking to work in one of the following areas:

• Enterprise services (computer science, AI, or related education/work experience preferred)

• Biotech (biomedical or related education/work experience preferred; combined CS + biotech background is a plus)

• Deep tech broadly defined (advanced manufacturing, robotics, new energy, materials, optoelectronics, silicon photonics, or related education/work experience preferred)

• Strong intellectual curiosity and logical thinking; willing to ask questions, and ask again if still unclear; fast learner with self-driven motivation

• Keen observational skills and sharp instincts; solid research and data analysis capabilities

• Deep curiosity and ability to dig into frontier technologies such as data intelligence (AI) and next-generation robotics, as well as breakthroughs in traditional disciplines (e.g., new energy, new materials, biocomputing)

• Resilient, hardworking, focused on long-term gains and comfortable with delayed gratification

• Strong sense of time and deadlines

• Good communicator

• Willing to speak up, follows through on commitments, delivers results

• Not afraid to make mistakes, willing to own them, learns from them, keeps improving

Nice to have:

• Investment experience isn't required, but prior tech startup investing experience would help us work together more efficiently
• R&D or PM background at a top-tier tech company
• Track record of successful projects in a mature company's business unit
• Startup or consulting experience
• PhD in deep tech fields

2. Executive Director / Managing Director — Enterprise Services, Biotech, Deep Tech, and related sectors

Requirements:

• STEM degree from a top domestic or international university, or R&D / product manager experience at a leading tech company with a track record of successful projects in a business unit
• Familiar with frontier technologies such as AI and next-generation robotics, and their applications across traditional industries (including manufacturing, biotech, construction, retail and consumer, public services, etc.) — with original observations and insights
• Familiar with breakthroughs in certain traditional disciplines (e.g., new energy, new materials, biocomputing)
• Able to independently develop deal flow and founder networks; able to independently form investment theses and industry insights
• 4+ years of tech investing experience, having led 5+ excellent early-stage tech startup investments
• Open-minded, strong learner, self-driven
• Good communicator, with team leadership experience

Nice to have:

• Independent judgment, conviction to bet, able to handle pressure
• Entrepreneurial experience
