AI Startup | Overseas Market Operations Intern

About the Company

We are a company born in the AI era, aiming to use AI to bring people closer together. In our product, AI doesn't replace communication — it's more like a creative assistant for the new era, the "photo filter" feature in a next-generation Instagram. It makes your expression more compelling and natural, helping you reach others' hearts and build authentic, meaningful connections. We want to break rigid division of labor and leave PowerPoint pontification behind. Every good idea shouldn't end as a document or deck — it should be directly translated into impactful products and experiences by team members. Responsibilities

  1. Content operations: Understand content trends in the global youth market, combine with on-platform user behavior data, and deeply挖掘 user content consumption preferences.

  2. User operations: Assist in designing, launching, and iterating user operation tools/activities to boost user activity and retention.

  3. Data analysis: Assist in building and maintaining core business data dashboards, monitor key metrics for content ecosystem and user behavior in real time, and identify online issues through data analysis.

Basic Requirements

  1. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate efficiently in both written and verbal forms as a working language

  2. Deep understanding of and familiarity with global youth culture, social habits, and content preferences

  3. On-site in Shanghai, minimum 4 days per week, able to commit to 3 months or longer, Paid

Nice to Have

  1. Familiarity with mainstream LLMs (large language models) and audio/video AI foundation models, with thoughts or hands-on experience in AIGC applications for content creation.

  2. Video editing skills and practical video content creation experience; personal portfolio preferred.

  3. Deep understanding of core operation mechanisms, content ecosystems, and platform rules of mainstream overseas social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord; relevant operation experience a plus.

  4. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data processing and analysis; familiarity with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
