Positions: Principal, Senior Principal — AI Software, AI Robotics, and related directions

Requirements:

• STEM background from a top domestic or international university, with an interest in early-stage investing and a desire to work in the following areas:

• AI Software (computer science, AI, or related education/work experience preferred)

• AI Robotics (advanced manufacturing, robotics, AI, or related education/work experience preferred; bonus points for strong track record in smart hardware or consumer electronics going global)

• Strong intellectual curiosity and logical thinking skills; unafraid to ask questions, and ask again if still unclear; capable of rapid learning and self-motivation

• Keen observational skills and quick reflexes; excellent research and data analysis capabilities

• Deep curiosity and ability to dig beneath the surface of frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence and next-generation robotics

• Willing to work hard, endure hardship, value long-term gains, and understand delayed gratification

• Punctual and respectful of deadlines

• Strong communication skills

• Independent thinking, willing to speak up, follows through on commitments, delivers results

• Unafraid to make mistakes, courageous in admitting them, quick to correct them, and learns in the process of correcting

Bonus points:

• Prior investing experience not required, but experience investing in tech startups is a plus
• R&D or PM background at a top-tier tech company, or track record of investing in well-known projects in related fields
• International perspective, with direct knowledge of cutting-edge tech developments
• PhD in hard tech or related fields is an additional plus
