In early June, driven by a sense of urgency to quickly embrace AI's technological explosion, we officially launched the Bolt brand. We hoped to capture interesting people and exciting ideas with a more agile and approachable posture in this rapidly changing, opportunity-rich era.

In just the month since, we've continued to participate in and witness the AI ecosystem's breakneck development. We're investors supporting early-stage founders; we're also chroniclers and observers of the industry, using the Bolt brand to share our analysis of hot topics and entrepreneurial insights. Meanwhile, the Bolt family has grown steadily — from our initial handful of founding members to more than a dozen Bolt-backed founders today, plus over a hundred builders we've met along the way. In these creative individuals, we've found that they possess not just efficient, agile development capabilities, but also the vision and willingness to put themselves out there globally. We want to find more people like this, and we believe more people like this need to be discovered and supported.

So the Bolt team will be heading to Silicon Valley in July to meet and connect with local folks. Bolt members and portfolio companies will share their observations and reflections on this opportunity-rich new wave, with a particular focus on how to seize the moment and ride the tide.
