Today, SynapX announced a new strategic investment from Singapore-based K3, with existing shareholders Shunwei Capital, Xiaomi, Hillhouse, and Linear Capital all increasing their stakes.

K3 was founded by Kuok Meng Xiong, a third-generation member of the Kuok family, and has long focused on global technology innovation investing, with strong industrial resources in hospitality, logistics, and other sectors, as well as an extensive and efficient commercial network across Southeast Asia and global markets.

As SynapX's first-round investor, Linear Capital looks forward to seeing international industrial capital enter at the early stage, enabling the company to reach richer global real-world application scenarios and laying a more solid foundation for its overseas expansion strategy.
