Linear Capital served as co-lead investor in Anyverse's angel round and increased its support in this round.
On February 14, general-purpose embodied intelligence robotics company Anyverse announced the completion of an angel+ funding round exceeding RMB 200 million. Existing shareholders HSG, Linear Capital, Hillhouse, Hua Capital, CICC Capital-affiliated funds, and BV Baidu Venture continued to follow on, with new participation from Shenzhen Capital Group, Sinovation Ventures, Puhua Capital, Junshan Capital, and Yarui Capital.
Meanwhile, a third funding round is nearing completion, bringing total raised capital to RMB 800 million. Proceeds will be used to accelerate R&D of the robot general-purpose brain and hardware body, and drive scaled deployment of products in customer scenarios at home and abroad.
The rapid and sustained backing from top-tier investment institutions stems from this core team's track record of leading the intelligent driving industry through a complete decade-long development cycle, demonstrating swiftly maturing capabilities spanning product development to commercial落地, along with breakthrough potential in expanding and serving global markets. Currently, the self-developed first-generation robot platform has entered real-world customer deployments, with strategic partnerships established with multiple leading domestic and international enterprises. The company has also successfully completed first-phase delivery validation while simultaneously initiating overseas market deployment.
Founded in Beijing in 2025, Anyverse focuses on core technology R&D and industrial application of general-purpose embodied intelligent robots, concentrating on building the robot "general-purpose brain" and "manipulation intelligence" to overcome critical bottlenecks in hand-eye-brain coordination, transforming embodied intelligence into a widely deployable, continuously evolving infrastructure. It is dedicated to providing global customers with integrated hardware-software, high-reliability embodied intelligence solutions.
Just six months since the team's formal expansion, Anyverse has already achieved multiple key advances in technology development and commercialization.

At the algorithm and model level, Anyverse maintains committed investment in key embodied intelligence technology innovations, systematically building long-term technical moats. To continuously push the performance ceiling and generalization of manipulation intelligence for highly complex tasks in dynamic physical environments, Anyverse has developed an end-to-end multimodal large model with an embedded implicit world model. Through data-driven high-dimensional representations that internalize environmental dynamics and physical laws, the robot gains not only continuously evolving 3D perception and understanding, historical memory modeling, future environmental change prediction, and fine-grained action generation capabilities, but also builds and enhances higher-order abilities such as reflection and error correction, achieving significant system-level performance and robustness improvements. Currently, this model has achieved simultaneous breakthroughs in generalization and success rates across multiple tasks including industrial assembly, deformable object manipulation, and cleaning and organization, earning recognition from multiple customers.
In frontier technology exploration, Anyverse maintains deep collaboration with Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and other top domestic and international universities, jointly advancing innovation in world models, VLA, simulation and reconstruction, and other fields. Among these, its deep joint work with Professor Zhipeng Zhang's AutoLab research group at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Artificial Intelligence has already produced multiple results published at top international conferences including CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, and ICLR.

To translate advanced algorithm models into stable and reliable physical operation, Anyverse's robot hardware platform has undergone multiple iterative upgrades. Based on a design philosophy of hardware-software integration, humanoid mimicry, and lightweight construction, both the self-developed body's hardware configuration and software architecture have been deeply optimized around the dexterous manipulation demands of real application environments, including compact form factor, rapid energy replenishment, and collision safety designs, while meeting requirements for manipulation speed, success rate, and operating duration. Anyverse has completed full-stack self-development of a domestic large-computing platform exceeding 1100 TOPS integrating "big brain" and "small brain" capabilities, achieving standard deployment on its humanoid robot, comprehensively supporting efficient large-model inference on the robot side and effective operation of the edge-side dual system including shadow mode and data closed-loop.
Currently, Anyverse's robots have entered international customers' industrial production lines, formally initiating a new phase of mass production delivery and落地. With a "based in China, serving the world" approach, Anyverse is collaborating with multiple global top-tier enterprises including ZF LIFETEC, a global leader in automotive passive safety. Through deep co-creation in real-world scenarios, it is taking the lead in honing "general-purpose manipulation brain" capabilities in high-value domains such as industrial manufacturing and commercial services, setting new standards and paradigms for global scaled application of embodied intelligence technology, and jointly driving scaled deployment of embodied intelligence solutions across diverse core scenarios.
With the collective trust and backing of new and existing shareholders and global top-tier enterprise customers, Anyverse will continue to break through core technologies in the "general-purpose brain" and "manipulation intelligence," accelerating the evolutionary closed loop of "technology exploration — scenario validation — data feedback." It will also further strengthen deep collaboration with global strategic customers and industrial ecosystem partners, building rich vertical scenario落地 experience. Through the dual drive of technology R&D and commercial application, it will transform frontier embodied intelligence technology into tangible value creation for customers across industries, steadily advancing toward its long-term vision of "making intelligent robots a reliable partner for humanity."
