Position: Principal, Senior Principal — Embodied AI & Robotics

🦄 Candidate Requirements:

1. STEM background from a top domestic or international university. Interested in early-stage investing and eager to work on embodied AI and robotics.

2. Strong intellectual curiosity and logical thinking. Unafraid to ask questions — and ask again. Capable of rapid learning and self-motivation.

3. Keen observational skills and sharp instincts. Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.

4. Resilient, hardworking, with a focus on long-term gains and an understanding of delayed gratification.

5. Punctual and mindful of time.

6. Strong communicator.

7. Speaks up, follows through, delivers results.

8. Willing to make mistakes, owns up to them, learns from them, and keeps growing through the process.

✨ Nice to Have:

1. Prior investing experience not required, but candidates with technical or product backgrounds in the robotics industry preferred; prior robotics entrepreneurship experience a plus.

2. Global perspective with firsthand awareness of cutting-edge technology developments.

3. PhD in broad hard-tech fields is an additional plus.
