The company has raised approximately $1 billion in total equity financing throughout its history.

Riding the tailwinds of the low-altitude economy, Huitian has continued to earn recognition and support from high-quality investors, recently closing a new equity round of nearly $200 million. Investors include Hillhouse, HSG, Gaorong Ventures, and Fortune Venture Capital. Notably, Hillhouse and HSG both followed on from their investments in the Series A round.

Following this round, Huitian's total historical equity financing stands at approximately $1 billion, making it the most funded company in Asia's manned low-altitude flight sector.

Heart Capital invested in Xpeng Motors' Series A round in 2021, and was also an investor in Xpeng Motors' Series A round.

In the aerospace sector, Heart Capital is actively building an ecosystem spanning commercial space and three-dimensional mobility. Beyond Huitian, we have made deep investments in LandSpace, a pioneer in liquid oxygen-methane launch vehicles, and Micro-Nano Star, a leading high-end satellite manufacturer. Currently, both LandSpace and Micro-Nano Star have entered IPO tutoring and are expected to list on the STAR Market in 2026.

Heart Capital looks forward to doing China's tech investment with heart, and patiently accompanying entrepreneurs as they go global.

At present, Huitian's various business lines are progressing steadily. The world's first mass-production factory using modern assembly lines to manufacture aircraft has essentially completed construction and begun trial production as of September 2025, providing ample production capacity and resource assurance for the high-quality delivery of the Land Aircraft Carrier and subsequent product series.

Founded in 2022, Heart Capital is an early-stage Chinese venture capital fund focused on technology and digitalization. The team is primarily composed of Yan Han, founding partner of Lightspeed China, core investors, a CFO, and seasoned investors from industry backgrounds.
