Source Code Capital Launches 2017 Campus Recruitment
11月3日,我们在清华五道口金融学院等着你。
Preface
Yi Cao, founding partner of Source Code Capital, once said that the more success factors a startup assembles, the greater its chances of winning. Just like collecting all seven Dragon Balls to summon Shenron.
The same logic applies to Source Code Capital itself.
As a vanguard of the new economy riding the wave of the information revolution, and as a super-connector between financial and industrial capital, Source Code Capital believes that the driving force of change comes from technology, capital, and you!
That's right — you!

Source Code Capital's 2017 campus recruiting is now underway. We look forward to having passionate, ambitious people like you join our team and "summon Shenron" together.
On the evening of November 3, Yi Cao, founding partner of Source Code Capital, will lead his team back to Tsinghua University for an "up close and personal" session with students, sharing his perspective on a career in investing.

Yi Cao, Founding Partner of Source Code Capital
Yi Cao, the top scorer on the college entrance exam in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, entered Tsinghua University's Department of Computer Science with a perfect score in science.
He began participating in investments while still studying at Tsinghua. He founded the animation brand Ali the Fox, and shortly after its launch, invited another Tsinghua alumnus to serve as CEO — because he realized there was a better-suited calling awaiting him.
Subsequently, Cao was invited to join Sequoia Capital, where over several years he sourced roughly 30% of HSG's TMT deals (including well-known companies such as Xueqiu, Meilishuo, and Toutiao), becoming Sequoia Capital China's youngest vice president.
In 2014, Cao left Sequoia Capital to found Source Code Capital, focused on early-stage TMT investments. The firm currently manages over $500 million and 1.5 billion RMB across its funds. Its limited partners include nearly 20 CEOs of listed tech companies such as Xing Wang of Meituan and Yiming Zhang of Toutiao, as well as executives from BAT, forming an industrial capital investor alliance called "Ma Hui."

Xing Wang, founder of Meitan, once remarked: "Yi Cao is a VC who just turned 30 but already has ten years of investing experience. His stamina, intellect, and mental fortitude are all exceptional. I'd bet on him becoming a standout among the new generation of VCs."
Cao has received numerous honors, including ChinaVenture's "2016 Top 100 Leading Investors in China" and Cyzone's "40 Under 40 Investors" list, where he ranked first.
Source Code Capital focuses on innovative sectors including new finance, industrial internet, service e-commerce, and digital globalization. Its representative portfolio companies include: new finance firms such as Qufenqi, GESAFE, INK Group, Yongqianbao, and Ether Capital; industrial internet companies such as Yijiupi, Cardo, Uban, WeiMai, Baibu, and Ruigu; service e-commerce companies such as Meituan, Lianjia, CHJ Automotive, Jiaoer Waimai, Hai Na Bian, and MOGU; and digital globalization companies such as Toutiao and Zenjoy.
Since its founding, Source Code Capital has won numerous prestigious awards, including: Zero2IPO's 2015 "Top 50 VC Firms in China," 2015 and 2014 "Top 10 Firms in China's Internet Finance Sector," and 2014 "Top 10 Emerging VC/PE Firms in China"; ChinaVenture's "2015 Top 10 Strategic Investors in China's Mobile Internet Industry," "2014 Top 10 Emerging VC/PE Firms," and "2014 Top 5 Investors in China's Mobile Internet Industry"; and Rongzi China's 2014 "Emerging Investment Firm of the Year." Source Code Capital also serves as a council member of the China Internet Finance Association — the only early-stage investment firm to hold this position.

Now, Source Code Capital has ample room for growth ready for talented young professionals — we're just waiting for you to arrive and change the future with us.
