Whale Business World Model: Using Independent Models to "Take Over Enterprise Operations"
Whale possesses an independently developed full-stack cloud and edge AI system, providing enterprises with secure, neutral, and high-performance AI capabilities. Through its SpaceSight Vision Intelligence Platform, Echo Voice Intelligence Platform, and Lume Content Distribution Intelligence Platform, Whale gives AI the ability to "see, hear, and speak." Whale's cloud-edge AI foundation "Novus" and IoT foundation "Stardust," combined with its knowledge base "Harbor" and Agentic AI Harness platform "Alivia," provide enterprises with a solid AI "memory and reasoning" infrastructure.

By integrating vision, voice, and online sensing — and directly interfacing with enterprise operational execution — the Whale Business World Model (BWM) enables enterprise AI to learn and integrate industry and business operational logic, outputting actionable operational optimization that is simultaneously deployed across sales, production, and supply chain functions. This creates a closed loop of multimodal operational sensing, intelligent analysis, and integrated automated business execution.

Leveraging Global Industrial Resources to Build a Multi-Regional, Multi-Industry Enterprise AI Platform
As a global leader in AI, Whale carefully screens strategic investors for long-term industrial synergy value in every funding round. Its two core selection criteria are clear: investors must possess complete upstream and downstream industrial ecosystem resources to collaboratively develop cross-industry standardized intelligent solutions; and they must have established operational channels in their regions to support Whale's localized overseas service deployment.
This round's investors span core industrial sectors including cross-border finance, telecommunications, vehicle manufacturing, advanced industry, urban rail transit, and multinational commerce. Through deep collaboration with these industrial institutions, Whale's platform capabilities can closely align with industry demands, while developing specialized know-how for AI solution deployment through industry-specific engagement.
Leveraging the global industrial networks and regional resources of its investors, Whale has established a cross-border, cross-domain industrial collaboration architecture. Whale will deeply integrate with this capital ecosystem to continuously improve its global localized service footprint and accelerate the full-domain deployment of its self-developed physical business AI technology. By partnering with local industrial players in Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia to establish regional operational hubs, Whale helps its global enterprise partners achieve commercial value growth.
Grounded in its China home base, Whale's overseas business has demonstrated strong growth momentum, with annual revenue growth exceeding 200% and overseas revenue accounting for over 50% of total revenue. Its globalization continues to deepen, with business coverage extending to additional countries and regions.
Accordingly, Whale will focus this round's funding on three priorities: continued iteration of BWM's underlying core technology, strengthening the full-chain "sensing — cognition — execution" capabilities; collaborating with global industrial partners to build cross-industry standardized intelligent solutions and drive platform capability replication at scale across diverse scenarios; and enhancing overseas regional headquarters and localized service systems to provide market-adapted deployment support for Chinese enterprises going global.
