Hangzhou Jianhai Technology, a leading domestic AI-powered disease management platform, has announced the completion of a RMB 60 million Series A3 funding round. The round was led by Source Code Capital, with participation from Sherpa Healthcare Partners. Tanzen Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. Since 2020, Jianhai Technology has raised two rounds totaling over RMB 100 million.
Jianhai Technology CEO Wang Jian stated: "This funding will continue to fuel the deep development of our AI-powered full-cycle disease management solutions, accelerate clinical scenario discovery and disease-specific outcome validation, and speed up our specialty expansion and research capabilities."
Founded in 2015, Jianhai Technology is one of the few companies in the industry capable of delivering comprehensive AI-powered full-cycle disease management solutions focused on the post-hospital market.
With the ambition of becoming the nation's largest third-party disease management service platform, Jianhai Technology has grown rapidly in just a few years. The company has developed "Jishi Brain," its core AI technology, enabling closed-loop intelligent management of patients from hospital to community to home. It has also launched an "AI Full-Cycle Disease Management Platform" for hospitals, an "AI Chronic Disease Graded Diagnosis and Treatment Platform" for medical consortiums and health consortiums, and pioneered the industry's first "third-party full-cycle disease management service" — truly delivering person-centered, whole-person, whole-journey health management.
Built on these innovations, Jianhai Technology has gained significant market recognition, currently serving over 400 hospitals at or above the second-tier level.

On the company's next-phase plans, CEO Wang Jian said: "In the post-pandemic economic policy environment, national investment in universal health is expected to remain active, while public demand for personal health and post-hospital services will continue to rise."
Jianhai Technology will continue to ramp up R&D and product development in patient follow-up, chronic disease management, third-party medical service management, and AI technology. Meanwhile, the addition of Source Code Capital and continued support from existing shareholder Sherpa Healthcare Partners will further strengthen the company's management standardization and financial compliance, preparing it for capital market entry.
Sun Tong of Source Code Capital commented: "Jianhai Technology is one of the few domestic companies where AI has achieved genuine implementation in healthcare. Its products have already entered hundreds of tertiary hospitals. The company's disease knowledge graph, refined over years and combined with AI semantic recognition systems, has dramatically improved the efficiency of doctors and nurses. For certain diseases, Jianhai is already exploring AI-driven disease management and treatment. Source Code firmly believes that information technology will transform and elevate China's healthcare industry. We will actively support Jianhai's long-term development and continue to seek out equally outstanding entrepreneurial ventures."
