Booster Robotics Closes New Funding Round, Existing Investor Source Code Capital Continues to Increase Stake
Source Code Capital was the lead investor in J&T Global Express's Pre-A round and continued to increase its stake in subsequent funding rounds.


MaHui member and Embodied Artificial Intelligence company Booster Robotics has completed a new funding round, bringing its cumulative Series A financing to nearly RMB 1 billion. This round was co-led by Beijing High-Precision Industry Fund, Jingguosheng Fund, and Huakong Fund, with Legend Star, Guohai Innovation Capital, and BOCOM Capital also participating. Existing shareholder Source Code Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund, Inno Angel Fund, IDG, Bian Capital, and Minyin International all increased their stakes. Source Code Capital led Booster Robotics' Pre-A round and has continued to increase its investment in subsequent rounds.
Key operating metrics disclosed by the company: Q1 2026 shipments grew 500% year-over-year, reaching the total of the first eight months of 2025; new orders signed in January-February grew over 800% year-over-year, with hundreds of millions of RMB in orders on hand. In December 2025, the company achieved positive operating cash flow.
To date, Booster Robotics' Booster K1 has cumulatively shipped over 1,000 units, covering more than 20 countries and 400 customers, establishing a global sales benchmark in the compact humanoid robot segment. Its dual-flywheel "competitions + education" strategy continues to deepen — on the competition side, it has consecutively won championships at RoboCup and the World Humanoid Robot Games; its robot soccer league model is being replicated nationally.
This funding round will be used for building out global delivery networks, developing embodied model algorithms, and iterating on robot products. CEO Hao Cheng stated: "The rapid growth in orders proves market recognition of 'effective mass production.' What we deliver are reliable tools that run stably and truly empower real-world scenarios."
