Secured strategic investments from three major smartphone brands

Silicon Integrated, an analog and mixed-signal chip design company, recently announced the completion of a Series C financing round worth several hundred million yuan. The round was jointly invested by multiple well-known semiconductor industry investors, including the Xiaomi Changjiang Industrial Investment Fund, Hua Capital (existing shareholder increasing its stake), Hengxin Huaye, and a top-tier industry chain fund. Combined with previous rounds from OPPO's strategic investment arm, Heli Capital, Source Code Capital, Hushan Capital, The Jiangmen, Changan Private Capital, and other professional institutions, Silicon Integrated has become an analog and mixed-signal chip design company that has received strategic investment from all three major smartphone brands. Source Code Capital was an investor in Silicon Integrated's Series B round.

Founded in 2016, Silicon Integrated is an innovative chip design company with independent intellectual property rights, focusing on analog and mixed-signal chip design. It has developed multiple product lines that are advancing in parallel, including intelligent audio, 3D vision, optical sensing, and haptic perception. Its intelligent audio chips and solutions have shipped over 100 million units to tier-one smartphone makers including OPPO, Xiaomi, and Samsung. The company has successfully taped out a self-developed 5um VGA-class backside-illuminated high-resolution ToF (Time of Flight) sensor chip, completed technical evaluation and testing with several industry-leading customers, and secured volume orders. Meanwhile, its linear motor driver chips and optical sensing chips are also approaching mass production.
