This isn't a bug, it's 2.0.
Over the past six years, with the support and help of our founders, Source Code Capital's post-investment services have begun to take shape. During the pandemic last year, Source Code Capital responded swiftly — our Code Brain "Standing Together Against COVID-19" series launched immediately, followed by ongoing post-investment support in capital markets, organizational development, and other areas that have accompanied founders every step of the way. This was made possible by our commitment to "systematization" and "productization", enabling us to quickly understand the evolving needs of our portfolio companies even in uncertain environments, and to stand by founders for the long haul.
Starting from "structural systematization" and "service systematization," we established the Source Code Capital Post-Investment Energy Center, staffed by more than twenty dedicated team members across seven functional modules: Code Brain Academy, Policy Research, Brand and Public Relations, Human Capital, Organizational Development, Capital Markets, and Founders Center. Based on the quadrant relationship between founder needs and corresponding services, under our "four horizontals and four verticals" service framework, Source Code Capital has applied a productization approach to restructure the "demand, supply, and distribution" of each service, rolling out over thirty post-investment service products to date.
In 2020, Source Code Capital completed nearly 800 post-investment actions. Alongside the recognition we received, we also gathered plenty of candid feedback. In our view, post-investment service is a positive cycle of mutual commitment and empowerment: as we accompany founders in their growth, we continuously deepen our understanding of entrepreneurship, enabling us to integrate resources more efficiently, act with precision, refine our services, and in turn help founders overcome challenges and create value.
