Code Brain holds various professional courses throughout the year, open to core teams at Source Code Capital portfolio companies. Topics span strategy, organization, leadership, sales, and every other facet of business management. Since 2023, in response to shifts in the entrepreneurial environment, we've rolled out multiple annual courses focused on "business growth," which have received strong feedback.

As the second half of 2024 begins, Code Brain's annual professional courses are launching once again in Hangzhou. This two-day program zeroes in on two issues of widespread concern among Source Code Capital portfolio companies right now — strategic goal decomposition, and cost and cash flow management. The first aims to address "the problem of startup business targets not being broken down effectively, failing to cascade to departments and individuals, leading to high trial-and-error costs"; the second seeks to help companies map out their cost structure, clarify exactly where money is going, and identify sound methods for cash flow control, ensuring maximum cash flow safety.

For this course, we've specially invited two instructors who have collaborated with Source Code Capital on numerous occasions and bring extensive hands-on experience coaching startups — Tao Huigang and Xu Wei. Going forward, we'll also be editing and compiling the essential course content for release, to share with our readers.
