MaHui Portfolio Company Fairino Closes Two Consecutive Funding Rounds Totaling Nearly 1 Billion Yuan

Source Code Capital led the company's Series B and doubled down in its Series C.

Recently, MaHui member Fairino has completed consecutive C+ and D funding rounds, raising nearly RMB 1 billion in total.

Both rounds drew support from multiple investors. Meituan Longzhu and Meituan led the respective rounds, with Yongxin Capital, Shishan Phase II, and Suzhou Venture Capital Group also participating in the series. Existing shareholders including Guolian Minsheng Capital, Suzhou Industrial Investment, and Qingliu Capital added to their stakes. Source Code Capital led Fairino's Series B and continued to invest in its Series C.

This back-to-back financing reflects the capital market's unified recognition of Fairino's R&D capabilities, product execution, and global market share. The proceeds will primarily fund capacity investments in core components, as well as expansion and R&D in industrial embodied AI — including the ART series of industrial-grade humanoid force-controlled arms and the AIRLab embodied intelligence tool platform — further strengthening its technology and product competitiveness while accelerating scaled deployment and global business development.

The continued trust and support of existing shareholders including Shunwei Capital, Source Code Capital, Hillhouse, China Life Investment Management Company Limited, Lianxin Capital, and Meridian Capital remain a cornerstone of the company's steady, long-term growth.

01

Full-Stack Self-Development, Making Robotics Accessible

As a leading domestic collaborative robot and intelligent manufacturing solutions provider, Fairino has prioritized in-house development and production of core components, including controllers, encoders, servo drives, harmonic reducers, servo motors, and brakes, delivering highly flexible and reliable robotic products across industries.

According to data from GGII, Fairino ranked first in both total sales volume and overseas shipments among Chinese collaborative robot brands in 2025.

In 2026, the company projects 18,000 units in global orders, up 68% year-over-year, with overseas sales growing 87% — accelerating the construction of its global robotics footprint.

By regional breakdown, Europe accounts for 46% of overseas sales, Japan 16%, North America 13%, and Southeast Asia 11%. Multi-regional localized service networks and sales channels together form a critical pillar of Fairino's global operations.

02

Global Presence, Deep International Market Engagement

The company has achieved notable success in global business expansion, having established over 50 overseas sales points and 3 overseas service centers, encompassing global channel partnerships with igus and MISUMI, as well as deep collaborations with leading industry customers including NASA, HD KSOE, Notion, Panasonic, and DENSO. Its global delivery and service system is also maturing steadily.

03

Diverse Product Portfolio, Enabling Full-Scenario Applications

Fairino has built a multi-scenario, multi-payload collaborative robot product line, centered on the FR series with payloads ranging from 3–35kg, spanning 11 models from FR3 to FR35. It has also developed specialized derivatives including the WM series for welding and the C series for commercial applications, already widely deployed in CNC loading/unloading, palletizing and handling, welding and grinding, assembly and inspection, and commercial service scenarios.

This year, Fairino further expanded into embodied intelligence, globally launching the general-purpose ART series of industrial-grade humanoid force-controlled arms.

Since 2024, the company has provided customized humanoid force-controlled arm services tailored to specific application scenarios, continuously exploring the real-world deployment of industrial embodied intelligence. Building on this foundation, the ART series advances product generalization and standardization, offering highly open, modular, and customizable capabilities to provide hardware support for the integration of embodied intelligence technology with industrial scenarios.

On the partnership front, Fairino has signed a 2,000-unit strategic agreement for humanoid force-controlled arms with Boyin Hechuang, and reached a 2,000-unit collaboration with Jack Technology, a global leader in intelligent sewing equipment, accelerating the application of industrial embodied intelligence in actual production environments.

Through long-term industrial validation, its robots have demonstrated mature capabilities in stable execution, rapid deployment, and multi-scenario adaptability. Combined with an AI + robotics approach, robots are extending from warehousing and logistics and intelligent welding into broader industrial scenarios, serving as a critical bridge between AI decision-making and physical execution, and driving industrial embodied intelligence toward scaled application.

In the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing sector, where production demands stringent equipment stability, operational precision, and line consistency, Fairino collaborative robots have been deployed at HANA Microelectronics' Thailand facility, and the company has established business relationships with ASML, Coilcraft, LG Electronics, and Sony Semiconductor, among other semiconductor and electronics supply chain enterprises, covering diverse industrial scenarios from electronic assembly to semiconductor manufacturing.

04

Converging on Global Markets, Advancing Robotics Industrialization

Going forward, Fairino will continue advancing the synergistic development of collaborative robots and industrial embodied intelligence, leveraging its capabilities in core components, robot bodies, and scaled manufacturing to drive robotics technology from exploratory application toward mass deployment.

Starting from its mission to "make robotics accessible" and oriented toward "enabling scaled industrial embodied intelligence," Fairino will continue expanding into global markets, pushing intelligent robots toward broader industrial adoption.
