MaHui | MaHui Member Oak Deer Tech Secures Another 100-Million-Yuan Investment from JD.com

Recently, MaHui member RoboCuisine announced that it has secured nearly RMB 200 million in strategic investment from JD.com and established a comprehensive strategic partnership. Leveraging both parties' AI technology and industrial strengths, the two will jointly promote high-quality development in the "robotics+" industry.

RoboCuisine is a global leader in cooking robots, dedicated to improving food service quality through hard tech. Source Code Capital was the sole investor in RoboCuisine's angel round.

Following this funding round, RoboCuisine will continue to increase investment in upstream and downstream industrial chain infrastructure for AI cooking robots, using more advanced AI technology to drive industry development and further solidify its leadership position in AI cooking robots.

RoboCuisine will continue expanding what will become the industry's largest AI cooking robot factory, comprehensively improving production line automation and inspection automation levels. The company is also actively exploring the establishment of a second production base north of the Yangtze River, to improve response and delivery times for customers in northern China and the Yangtze River Delta, meeting growing customer demand.

RoboCuisine will continue increasing R&D investment, with a focus on deploying vision and sensor detection technologies in cooking robots. Its next-generation AI cooking robot based on vision technology — expected to be globally leading — will officially launch in 2025.

Additionally, RoboCuisine will expand its after-sales service and maintenance footprint in key cities nationwide, accelerating the advanced deployment of self-developed engineers, spare parts warehouses, and backup units in major cities. This will meet the cross-regional expansion needs of chain restaurant clients and upgrade the company's product quality assurance system and service capabilities.
