MaHui Member Silicon Integrated Closes D+ Round to Advance Domestic Chip Industry

Silicon Integrated, a domestic supplier of intelligent sensing chips and solutions, recently closed a Series D+ funding round. The round was led by the China Internet Investment Fund, with participation from Fortune Venture Capital, Yangtze River Capital, and Optics Valley Sci-Tech Innovation, among others.

Founded in 2016, Silicon Integrated is an innovative high-tech company focused on high-performance analog and mixed-signal chip design. Headquartered in Wuhan's Optics Valley, it has R&D centers in Europe, Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Suzhou. The company concentrates on intelligent sensing, with product lines spanning smart audio, 3D optics, advanced optics, haptic sensing, and optical image stabilization. Its independently developed core technologies — including backside-illuminated high-resolution 3D-iToF sensor chips, under-display optical sensor chips, and multispectral sensing chips — have been deployed at scale in premium domestic smartphones and tablets. The company currently ranks first in China in shipments of optical sensing and 3D optical chips, and in the top three for smart audio chips.
