MaHui Member Sirius Pharma Raises Over 300 Million Yuan in Series B, with Existing Investor Source Code Capital Increasing Stake

Solidifying an Innovative Footprint in RNA Therapeutics

MaHui member Sirius Pharma (Starna Therapeutics) recently announced it has raised over RMB 300 million in a Series B round. The round was co-led by LYFE Capital, Hillhouse, and Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV), with existing shareholder Source Code Capital, Sherpa Healthcare Partners, and Primavera Venture Partners all increasing their stakes.

The proceeds will primarily go toward upgrading and expanding its extrahepatic targeted delivery platform, accelerating clinical development of its in vivo CAR-T pipeline, and further strengthening the company's innovative positioning in RNA therapeutics.

Founded in 2021, Sirius Pharma is a clinical-stage company focused on RNA drug development. It is dedicated to building innovative RNA medicines for patients worldwide through its self-developed extrahepatic delivery technology. The company's RSV mRNA vaccine candidate has received FDA clinical trial approval, while its mRNA cancer vaccine and in vivo cell therapy programs have also advanced into clinical stages.
