Z Potentials has learned that humanoid robotics company Booster Robotics has completed its Series A financing today, led by Shenzhen Capital Group, with Jinding Capital participating. Existing shareholders Source Code Capital, Inno Angel Fund, Minyin International, and Bi'an Times continued to increase their stakes. YiBai Capital served as the long-term exclusive financial advisor. The funds will be primarily used for product iteration and scaled mass production and delivery.

Humanoid robots have maintained strong momentum this year, with exhibitions and competitions proliferating. While these frequent breakthroughs into mainstream consciousness have generated significant public interest, they've also become an "arena" for competing products. Industry attention has shifted from demo flashiness toward companies' and robots' real-world capabilities.

Drawing on over 20 years of technical expertise and industry insight in humanoid robotics, Booster Robotics established a combat-oriented, quality-focused product philosophy from day one, dedicated to building humanoid robots that are truly "usable, reliable, and durable." In March this year, the Tsinghua Fire God team supported by Booster Robotics clinched the championship at the RoboCup German Open — a premier global robotics competition — with a dominant 9:0 victory in the final. T1 robots have also performed at major events including the Zhongguancun Forum and Beijing International Film Festival opening ceremonies, and were selected for Forbes China's "2025 China AI Tech Companies TOP 50," reflecting industry recognition of the company's exceptional product performance and stable operation.
