Source Code Capital portfolio company Jianhai Technology announced the completion of a 500 million RMB Series B+ funding round, with existing shareholder Source Code Capital continuing to increase its stake.
The "Baike Thousand Courtyards" initiative is about to launch.
Recently, Hangzhou Jianhai Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jianhai Technology") completed a RMB 500 million Series B+ funding round. The round was led by China Renaissance, with participation from Sanzheng Health, HSG, and Guoce Investment. Existing investors including Source Code Capital continued to increase their stakes. TanZhen Capital once again served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round. Source Code Capital led the company's Series A3 round and has continued to support its Series B financing.
Founded in 2015, Jianhai Technology operates with the mission of "making care a prescription," focusing on post-diagnosis disease management infrastructure and service operations. It has already partnered with over 1,000 hospitals and helped multiple specialty digital therapeutics providers gain hospital access to serve more patients. The new funding will be used to build out the ecosystem for post-diagnosis disease management and service operations.
At the same time, Jianhai is launching its "Baike Qianyuan" initiative to serve more specialty disease management and digital therapeutics partners, jointly building China's post-diagnosis disease management and digital therapeutics ecosystem.
