Source Code Capital Portfolio | "Faoro Robotics" Announces Close to $100 Million Series C Funding Round, Existing Shareholder Source Code Capital Continues to Increase Stake
Source Code Capital, a longtime shareholder, led the company's Series B round.

Recently, MaHui member "FAIR Robotics" successfully completed its nearly $100 million Series C funding round. This round was led by China Life Shuangtan Fund, managed by China Life Private Equity Investment Company Limited, a subsidiary of China Life Investment. Source Code Capital, Shunwei Capital, and Qingliu Capital, among other existing shareholders, continued to participate, demonstrating their strong confidence and trust in the prospects of the robotics sector and FAIR's future growth potential. Notably, existing shareholder Source Code Capital had previously led the company's Series B round.
It's worth mentioning that FAIR has simultaneously completed its shareholding restructuring, entering a new phase of more standardized and systematic development. Building on this foundation, the new funding will further strengthen the company's capital position and enhance its global operations and coordination capabilities.
