MaHui Member TTC Secures Tens of Millions of RMB in New Funding Round
The proceeds from this round will be used primarily for R&D of digital and intelligent products, expansion of the self-operated business team, and overseas market development.

Innovation Works led TTC's tens-of-millions-of-RMB funding round. Recently, Beijing-based TTC (True Talents For China) announced the completion of a Pre-A round worth tens of millions of RMB, led by Innovation Works. The proceeds will primarily fund digital and intelligent product R&D, expansion of the company's self-operated business team, and overseas market development. Source Code Capital led TTC's previous round.
"TTC's long-term vision is to become an AI-native international human resources company," said Xia Maofeng, TTC's founder and CEO. "We are committed to transforming the outdated traditional HR services industry through technological, service, and model innovation — building a new platform that operates at scale, with efficiency and quality." Following this round, TTC will continue leveraging technology to empower the HR sector, particularly the recruitment services niche, exploring innovative and efficient new models. The company also plans to deepen strategic collaboration with Innovation Works and its portfolio companies across multiple dimensions, providing more efficient and precise HR solutions aligned with national and corporate talent strategies in the AI 2.0 era, and supporting the growth of high-tech enterprises.
"Breakthroughs in AI 2.0 technologies, particularly large language models and GenAI, have significantly accelerated our digital and intelligent transformation," said Ning Liaoyuan, TTC's co-founder and chief digital officer. "Our tech team, working alongside veteran headhunters with over a decade of industry experience, has embedded itself in real business scenarios. Centered on client needs, we've begun developing AI-powered efficiency tools for role analysis, candidate profiling, resume screening, and vector-based talent database construction — yielding initial results." Ning added that TTC and Innovation Works hit it off immediately, with TTC already having placed numerous quality candidates for Innovation Works' portfolio companies during the fundraising process. "We look forward to jointly exploring 'AI + talent industry' in greater depth post-funding, delivering superior services to China's science and innovation clients. We also welcome more AI and software engineering talent to join TTC in bringing cutting-edge technology to real-world industry applications."
