MaHui Member TTC Closes New Eight-Figure USD Funding Round to Deepen AI-Powered Talent Solutions

Source Code Capital led an even earlier funding round for TTC.

Recently, MaHui member TTC announced the completion of a Series A round worth tens of millions of dollars. The round was led by HouXue Capital, with strategic investment from Baidu. Notably, Source Code Capital led TTC's earlier funding rounds and has continued to support the company since.

Previously, TTC's self-developed AI Agent product "Xiaomai Recruitment" won first prize at the third Baidu "Wenxin Cup" Entrepreneurship Competition. This new funding marks its formal integration into a new phase of the Baidu ecosystem.

The proceeds from this round will primarily go toward strengthening AI large model and Agent technology R&D, continuously upgrading the "Xiaomai Recruitment" product experience, and deepening the build-out of specialized talent service teams for AI and hard-tech sectors.

Since its founding, TTC has focused on AI and frontier technology sectors, operating around an "AI + headhunting" model to deliver critical talent solutions for enterprises — committed to using technology (AI) to efficiently connect talent with opportunity.

Its core team combines headhunting DNA with AI technical vision: TTC founder and CEO Max Xiaofeng Xiao brings 17 years of experience in executive search, having helped build one of China's leading mid-to-senior-level headhunting brands; co-founder and CTO Liaoyuan Ning has a technical background at Microsoft (United States) and ByteDance, with deep expertise in AI architecture and model deployment, providing sustained support for the company's AI capabilities and productization.

2025 is being positioned as TTC's "AI Year." Its flagship product "Xiaomai Recruitment" decodes the judgment logic and industry knowledge of top headhunters into structured models, empowering AI Agents to intelligently upgrade the entire job-seeking and recruitment chain — making "everyone having a professional AI headhunting advisor" a real possibility. Just four months after launch, the product has already won multiple industry awards including Baidu's "Wenxin Cup," QbitAI's "AI 100 Innovative Products," and Beijing's "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition."

With AI capabilities fully deployed across its operations, TTC has cumulatively served over 1,000 AI-sector tech companies and leading internet giants in 2025, made tens of thousands of job recommendations, and achieved year-on-year revenue growth exceeding 50% — demonstrating strong business momentum.

Going forward, TTC will continue to uphold its mission of "using technology (AI) to efficiently connect talent with opportunity," deepening the integration of AI technology with talent services to make every talent connection smarter, more precise, and more trustworthy.
