D-Robotics Raises Another $150 Million in Funding, Bringing Series B Total to $270 Million to Accelerate Global Expansion
2025 Performance Achieves a "Triple Jump"
On April 8, 2026, Unity Ventures portfolio company D-Robotics announced the completion of a $150 million Series B2 funding round, bringing the total Series B raise to $270 million.
This round was jointly led by strategic investors including a major retail technology and supply chain giant, Prosperity7 Ventures, and Envision Group, alongside top-tier financial institutions such as MUHUA Ventures, Yunfeng Capital, Huakong Fund (T-Capital), LOOK CAPITAL, and Kailian Capital. Existing shareholders including Hillhouse, Hermitage Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, DiDi, 5Y Capital, Monad Ventures, Plum Ventures, and Vertex Growth (affiliated with Temasek) continued their participation. The funding will accelerate D-Robotics' global expansion of its commercial and developer ecosystem, supported by its hardware-software integrated, edge-cloud unified Embodied Artificial Intelligence-native technology platform, opening new growth frontiers for the global robotics industry.
2025 Performance Achieves "Triple Jump"
Shipment Volume Surges 180%, Customer Base Doubles, Developers Exceed 100,000
In 2025, D-Robotics delivered both quantitative and qualitative breakthroughs. Annual shipment volume surged 180% year-over-year, while customer numbers grew 200%. Leading customers now span the full spectrum from mature consumer categories to cutting-edge embodied intelligent robots. To date, D-Robotics has powered over 100 robot products, increasingly serving as the "greatest common denominator" behind hit products, bringing intelligent innovation to users worldwide.
D-Robotics' developer ecosystem has grown in parallel, with global developers surpassing 100,000—a 100% year-over-year increase—spread across more than 20 countries and regions in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. The company's "Gravity" innovation acceleration program for enterprises has now served 500+ small and medium innovation teams, helping 200+ teams bring hit products to market, making it the top choice for intelligent robotics startups.
To further lower development barriers and shorten time-to-market, D-Robotics has partnered with over 60 upstream and downstream ecosystem partners spanning hardware, software, and solutions to build reliable, end-to-end integrated solutions that empower customers and developers to accelerate large-scale deployment of intelligent robots.
Hardware-Software Integration Builds the Embodied Intelligent Brain Foundation
1+1>2: Unlocking New Possibilities for Robotics
Hardware-software synergy is the core driver of sustained robotics innovation. D-Robotics and Horizon Robotics maintain deep technical alignment and strategic coordination, jointly building an "embodied intelligent brain foundation" that pushes the boundaries of core robotics hardware and software. D-Robotics' embodied intelligent robot high-computing development platform RDK S600 achieves native compatibility and deep optimization with Horizon's open-source embodied intelligent cerebellum foundation model HoloMotion and embodied intelligent brain foundation model HoloBrain. This integration will give robots human-like agile control, anthropomorphic spatial perception, and delicate manipulation capabilities, while supporting "one brain, multiple forms"—fully adaptable to robots of different configurations and application scenarios.
Going forward, D-Robotics and Horizon Robotics will continue deepening systematic innovation around "high computing + large models," achieving bidirectional optimization and efficiency gains between computing power and models at the architectural level. This will create "1+1>2" synergistic effects, helping customers and developers achieve superior performance and experience with limited investment, fully unlocking robotics' multi-scenario application potential and diverse innovation vitality, and opening greater imaginative space for Embodied Artificial Intelligence.
