Unity Ventures and Focus Hub Host Closed-Door AI Salon on PMF Validation and Global Growth

Exploring the "Last Mile" of AI Commercialization

We're at halftime in the AI era. The core of AI development has long centered on building underlying training methods and constructing new models. Recently, from the release of GPT-5.1 to Gemini 3, the ability of models to solve complex problems has taken another leap forward. The age of model democratization has arrived.

As infrastructure grows increasingly powerful, AI is gradually entering its second half: grounding AI in real-world scenarios, transforming intelligence into products that solve concrete problems. This capacity for engineering and productization is precisely where Chinese entrepreneurs excel, and Chinese AI products are rising on the global map.

How can you break through in AI's second half and achieve product-market fit and a closed business loop? On December 11, Unity Ventures will partner with Focus Society, Shanghai Model Speed Space, Shanghai Innovation Institute, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association to host a closed-door discussion on PMF validation and global growth in Shanghai, inviting founders from Unity Ventures' portfolio to share practical experience in going global and insights into user growth trends.

Whether you're an early-stage AI entrepreneur, or an industry professional or university student interested in entrepreneurship, you're welcome to join! We've set up an open mic session where everyone can participate in the conversation, throw out perspectives or problems that have been troubling you, and explore the "last mile" of AI commercialization together.

Time: December 11, 14:30–17:30 (check-in at 14:00)

Location: Xuhui District, Shanghai
