ENCOS recently announced the completion of an over-300-million-RMB Series B funding round. Four years after its founding, the company has grown from a joint module supplier into a complete-hardware solutions platform covering power systems and end-effector systems. Oasis Capital led ENCOS's angel round and has doubled down beyond its pro-rata in multiple subsequent rounds. We remain confident in the team's judgment of long-term robotics demand, and in its ability to keep translating that judgment into products, manufacturing processes, and mass production. As embodied intelligence moves from prototype validation to volume deployment, hardware competition is extending from single-point performance to delivery reliability and serviceability. All of ENCOS's core components are developed in-house, with a first-pass yield of over 97%; its second-generation quick-release joints cut single-joint maintenance from hours to minutes, providing a reliable foundation for robots to be deployed at scale. Investors in this round include CITIC Goldstone, Nice Group, Suzhou Venture Capital, Huarei Investment, Nanjing Transportation Holdings, and Huarui Venture Capital, while existing shareholders Fosun Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Huakong Fund, Jinqiu Fund, and Puhua Capital continued to increase their stakes. Founded in 2022, ENCOS spent four years becoming a leading player in embodied-intelligence joint modules, completing a strategic transformation from a component supplier into a complete-hardware solutions platform. This funding round is the market's renewed validation of that strategic path.


Products always at least one generation ahead, continuously leading innovation
In June 2026, ENCOS released the industry's first second-generation humanoid robot joint module with quick-release support — lowering the barrier for customers and making robots easy to service on the go.
ENCOS's products have an excellent reputation in the industry, with performance, quality, and stability all in the first tier. While its first-generation products still held a clear lead, ENCOS had already launched its second-generation joint modules. ENCOS will also soon launch a new line of flat-wire motors. Compared with conventional round-wire motors, flat-wire motors offer higher slot fill, greater power density, and stronger heat dissipation — delivering more torque in a smaller package. Switching a given joint to flat-wire construction can boost some core performance metrics by more than 20%, giving humanoid joints a stronger "heart" as they evolve toward higher integration and higher burst power.

From day one, it built a complete machining system for joint modules, with a full set of equipment including CNC machine tools, grinders, wire-cut machines, gear hobbers, and gear shapers, enabling gear-level precision machining, along with its own process R&D team.
