After-sales Service Cloud Platform "Shouhoubao" Selected for Microsoft Accelerator, Targeting Overseas-Bound Enterprises | Oasis Vitality

Shouhoubao, an intelligent customer service operations cloud platform, has been selected for the Microsoft Accelerator Spring 2023 cohort. Microsoft Accelerator is a global Microsoft program that has been named "China's Best Incubator" by China Venture for multiple consecutive years.

As a member of Microsoft Accelerator, Shouhoubao will leverage Microsoft's global resources and ecosystem to help China's advanced manufacturing enterprises expand internationally. As one of the first companies admitted to the startup acceleration program, Shouhoubao is actively building out its overseas service infrastructure and continuing to help Chinese advanced manufacturers "go global."

To address the most immediate challenges of going abroad — language barriers and differences in customer habits — Shouhoubao's system can create multilingual interfaces and integrate with various customer service channels to enable localized operations, allowing local employees to get up and running quickly and collaborate effectively.
