General Secretary Xi Jinping Visits Shanghai for Inspection, Oasis Ecology Enterprise Delivers Key Briefing | Oasis Vitality

On April 29, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, visited Shanghai for an inspection. During the visit, Xi emphasized that Shanghai bears the historic mission of building an international center for scientific and technological innovation. It must seize opportunities, leverage its role in serving national strategies, continuously strengthen its functions as a source of scientific and technological innovation and a leader in high-end industries, and accelerate its development into a globally influential hub for scientific and technological innovation.

In the morning, Xi arrived at "Model Speed Space" (Mosu Space), a large-model innovation ecosystem community in Xuhui District, for research and inspection. He was accompanied by Chen Jining, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Mayor Gong Zheng.

At the inspection site, multiple AI companies presented to the General Secretary. Among them, Lixia Xia, CEO of Infinigence AI, an Oasis ecosystem company, and Junjie Yan, founder and CEO of MiniMax (Xiyu Jizhi), delivered key presentations.

Xia briefed the General Secretary on Infinigence AI's breakthroughs in core software technologies for AI computing infrastructure, as well as the company's integrated smart terminal product series combining "edge models + edge software + edge hardware." For ultra-large-scale model training, Infinigence AI's core technology achieves full integration across multiple layers of software, compatible with autonomous hardware from different brands, making computing power a standardized foundational resource like water, electricity, and gas — thereby democratizing access to AI.

Xia stated: "As a key presenting company, we deeply felt the General Secretary's earnest expectations for the development of China's AI industry. At the same time, as a new-generation AI technology entrepreneur, I feel a great sense of responsibility and excitement. We have full confidence that under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, with self-reliance and strength as our standard and application orientation as our development goal, we will actively pursue broad domestic and international coordination, development, and cooperation, and contribute China's share to global AI development."
