Hypershell, a consumer exoskeleton brand and Pre-A round lead investment of Oasis Capital, has completed two consecutive funding rounds totaling $70 million — a Pre-B and a B round — within just a few months.

The B round was co-led by Luminous Ventures and 5Y Capital, with Meituan Longzhu participating. The Pre-B round was led by Monolith, with 5Y Capital following on. Oasis Capital, as an existing shareholder, continued to invest in the B round and made an additional investment in the Pre-B round; IDG Capital and HSG also made additional investments in the Pre-B round as existing shareholders. Cygnus Equity served as the exclusive financial advisor.

Following this funding round, Hypershell's post-money valuation approaches $400 million, further cementing its position as an industry leader.
