Let's Talk About the Path to Global Growth in the AI Era
Counselor Vitality

On July 26, we're hosting the third edition of the Oasis Capital closed-door session.
This time, we want to invite you to discuss: in the AI era, how can Chinese companies design for global growth from Day 1.

In the summer of 1984, a universal joint factory in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou exported nearly 30,000 automotive universal joints to the United States. Since then, Chinese private enterprises have been going global for nearly 40 years.
Over these four decades, Chinese companies have gradually grown from scattered sparks to a prairie fire in overseas markets. More and more Chinese brands have emerged across manufacturing, e-commerce, entertainment, and beyond.
The arrival of the AI era is reshuffling the established map of international markets.
Today, an increasing number of Chinese companies choose to "go global" from their very first day. They don't merely treat overseas markets as sales channels — instead, everything from user insights to product design to brand narrative is built from a global perspective from the start.
Take MiniMax, for example.
As a domestic large model company, it targeted the global market from inception. The English-language chat product launched in 2023, powered by large model capabilities and meticulous localization, went straight for European and American users from Day 1 without domestic testing — directly challenging Silicon Valley and cracking the top five of the US free entertainment apps chart within six months.
In robotics hardware, Hypershell raised over $1.2 million on Kickstarter on its first day in 2023, then debuted at CES and won an Innovation Award. The product supported multiple languages from the outset, targeting the European and American outdoor market, with a global supply chain and after-sales infrastructure in place from the start.**
These AI-era products collectively reveal a clear trend: growth is shifting from single-region, one-off "explosive" tactics to sustainable, systematic flywheels. The Day 1 globalization growth logic is no longer just a market choice — it's becoming core DNA for AI-era products and companies. The traditional path of "conquer domestic first, then consider international" is being overturned. Chinese products are demonstrating unprecedented global competitiveness.

Based on this insight, Oasis Capital is launching the third closed-door session: "Talk Beyond Borders | Growth Deep Dive."
Are traditional growth models still effective in the AI era?
How do you build a growth flywheel for the AI era? How do you plan with large models and algorithmic capabilities as functional "engines" rather than "add-ons"?
In AI-era global growth, how do you bridge cultural differences to build a globally oriented, high-efficiency organization while maintaining cultural consistency?
……
To explore these questions, we've invited former global growth leads at three companies with over 100 billion RMB market cap; product experts focused on growth theory research; founders whose products launched overseas first and achieved consecutive quarters of hypergrowth — and we want to invite you, with your international perspective, to join this discussion.
We believe that compared to "how to run ads" or "how to buy traffic," what matters more is confronting the complex, real problems that have no standard answers.
This isn't a passive listening session. It's a deep dialogue built from real questions, real experiences, and real challenges. We hope every participant contributes their perspective, gains fresh insights and new connections from this conversation, and sees more clearly the new possibilities of global growth in the AI era.
To ensure discussion quality, we're opening 1-2 public invitation slots for this session.
