LimX Dynamics Closes Pre-IPO Round, Raising $400 Million in Six Months | Oasis Capital Vitality

Building the Ecosystem to Accelerate Scaled Development in the Physical AI Era

LimX Dynamics, a general-purpose humanoid robotics company and Oasis Capital's Pre-A round lead, today announced the completion of a nearly $200 million Pre-IPO round, bringing its post-money valuation to 15 billion yuan.

As an early investor, Oasis Capital continued to double down in this round, supporting the company in advancing R&D, scaling delivery, and expanding into global markets.

LimX Dynamics has now established a three-layer technical architecture covering a whole-body motion foundation model, VLA/WAM capabilities, and the embodied intelligence agent operating system COSA. Its robotics products have accumulated thousands of orders, with over half coming from overseas, as the company transitions from technology and product validation to scaled manufacturing and delivery.

Recently, general-purpose humanoid robotics company LimX Dynamics announced the completion of its Pre-IPO round, bringing its total fundraising over the past six months to $400 million and laying groundwork for subsequent capital market operations.

As China's most product-driven embodied intelligence company, LimX Dynamics attracted a roster of leading global investors in this round, including global full-stage equity investment firm IDG Capital, global AI hardware manufacturing leader Lens Technology, pan-European diversified industrial and investment group GGG Group and Redstone VC, global high-tech growth fund Huashan Capital, and strategic investor Hefei Binhu Industry Development Group. Additionally, StoneVenture from the UAE continued its multi-round follow-on investment with significant commitment; Oasis Capital, Cornerstone Capital, Shenzhen Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, Shangqi Capital, and NIO Capital among other existing shareholders all doubled down.

This round further brings together industrial capital, international capital, and long-term capital from China, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, fully demonstrating the global capital market's firm confidence in the long-term development of the embodied intelligence industry, as well as its high recognition of LimX Dynamics' technical approach, product capabilities, and globalization strategy.

The proceeds will focus on breakthroughs and productization of brain-body fusion technology, driving scaled deployment of thousands of fully autonomous humanoid robots, and strengthening global market expansion. The company will further refine its global manufacturing and delivery capabilities, accelerate its presence in key markets including the Middle East, Europe, and other Asian countries, and continue building an open ecosystem for global developers to accelerate embodied intelligence technology innovation and industrialization.

In recent years, as embodied intelligence enters a critical stage of scaled development, LimX Dynamics has consistently pursued a full-stack technical approach, investing continuously in R&D around robot hardware, AI infrastructure, and embodied intelligence agent OS systems, building a complete technical system covering motion generation, model training, cognitive decision-making, and real-world deployment.

The company has now formed a three-layer technical architecture covering System 0 (whole-body motion foundation model), System 1 (humanoid robot VLA/WAM capabilities), and System 2 (embodied intelligence agent operating system COSA, powered by large language models and world models).

As a critical component of System 1, FluxVLA Engine is building AI infrastructure for the embodied intelligence era. As an enterprise-grade open-source platform, FluxVLA Engine provides global developers with continuous engineering infrastructure for model training, iteration, and deployment. FluxVLA Engine allows developers to devote more energy to model innovation rather than rebuilding foundational engineering capabilities from scratch, pushing the industry from "training one good model" toward "enabling everyone to train models."

Built on this technical foundation, LimX Dynamics continues advancing product development and commercialization. Since launch, its robotics products have received thousands of orders in total, with over half from overseas. The company is working with global developers and ecosystem partners to drive commercial deployment across research and education, commercial services, all-terrain inspection, industrial applications, construction, and additional scenarios.

In May this year, the company officially released its full-size interactive humanoid robot LimX Luna, and within less than a month began formal delivery to domestic and overseas customers, reshaping immersive interactive experiences for consumers and delivering real commercial value for clients. Meanwhile, the company's next-generation multi-form embodied robot TRON 2, with its modular design, rich development interfaces, and comprehensive development support capabilities, has attracted substantial domestic and international orders since its release.

Looking ahead, LimX Dynamics will continue strengthening its advantages in brain-body fusion technology, advancing robot mass production system construction and global layout, continuously improving global supply chain and delivery capabilities, and accelerating embodied intelligence technology innovation and industrialization.

At the same time, the company will continue building open AI infrastructure and a developer ecosystem, working with global partners to push robots from laboratories into the real world and accelerate scaled development in the physical AI era.
