Pollytek | Breakthrough in Ultra-Precision Manufacturing with Soochow University
Recently, Pollytek partnered with Professor Fan Cheng's team at Soochow University to achieve a breakthrough in optical ultra-precision manufacturing. They developed a 3D-printed elastomer polishing head based on TPMS structures, reducing K9 glass surface roughness to 5.531nm — achieving nanometer-level smoothness. The results were published in the Journal of Manufacturing Processes.
The polishing head achieves tunable stiffness through programmable lattice structures, balancing efficiency and precision. The team proposed a dual-process strategy of "D40 coarse polishing + P20 fine polishing," improving surface accuracy by nearly 400x. Pollytek's high-performance photosensitive resin enabled micron-level structural printing, helping translate research from the lab to industrial production and supporting the upgrade of China's high-end manufacturing sector.
Infinigence AI | Showcasing a New Paradigm for AI Infrastructure with "Edge Intelligence Full Suite"
Infinigence AI presented its "Edge Intelligence Full Suite" at the West Bund International Technology and Consumer Carnival, demonstrating its boundless terminal intelligence solution combining "edge models + edge software + edge IP." Its AI Agent-driven platform, Kernel Mind, achieves operator-level automated acceleration through multi-agent collaborative optimization, delivering 10x performance improvements. Combined with its reinforcement learning system Rlinf, it enables "self-learning — self-optimization — self-evolution" for edge intelligence.
The showcase also featured the multimodal edge model Infini-Megrez alongside self-developed inference engines and IP, enabling efficient inference and millisecond-level response on low-compute terminal devices. Through hardware-software synergy, Infinigence AI is driving the evolution of AI infrastructure and ushering intelligent terminals into a new stage of autonomous growth.
