VAST today announced the completion of the third tranche of its Series A round, raising over RMB 1 billion. This round was co-invested by leading industrial investors including Geely Capital, game publishers such as 4399, Tanwan Games, and Giant Network, strategic internet investors, multiple top-tier investment institutions, and local government funds. Following nearly $200 million in A+ and A++ funding completed earlier this month, the company continues to attract strong capital inflows. VAST also launched its world model Project Eden, introducing an innovative technical architecture that decouples underlying world-state simulation from visual rendering, enabling long-horizon environmental memory, scene reuse, and concurrent multi-user interaction — providing next-generation world-model infrastructure for interactive content creation and embodied AI training. The company open-sourced AI 3D research including TripoSplat, continuing to advance foundational AI 3D and world-model technologies.

Lxson today announced the completion of a nearly RMB 500 million Pre-A round.
