Hypershell Tech | Closes Two Rounds Totaling $70 Million

Hypershell Tech, an Oasis Capital Pre-A portfolio company, recently completed its Pre-B and B rounds totaling $70 million. Oasis Capital continued to follow on in both rounds, with an oversized allocation in the Pre-B round. The proceeds will primarily fund core technology iteration, supply chain expansion, and global channel development.

On the technology front, Hypershell leverages its self-developed Omega architecture and second-generation AI motion-intent recognition algorithms to continuously improve product lightweighting and battery performance. Its X Ultra has become the world's first SGS-certified consumer exoskeleton, with products now available in 70+ countries, validating full-stack capabilities from R&D through mass production. Going forward, Hypershell will continue to innovate around "enhancing human mobility," pushing exoskeletons from niche equipment toward broader everyday applications.

Infinigence AI | Closes Nearly 500 Million Yuan Series A+ to Accelerate AI Infrastructure

Infinigence AI, an Oasis Capital Pre-A portfolio company, recently completed a nearly 500 million yuan Series A+ round with participation from national industrial capital and leading market-oriented institutions. The funds will be used to consolidate its technical advantages in agent-native infrastructure and drive scaled deployment of cloud and edge products.

Technically, Infinigence AI has built out AI cloud infrastructure covering 25,000P of compute alongside full-modality edge intelligence solutions, serving 100+ AI and agent companies. The company will continue to develop learnable, evolvable Agentic Infra around the demands of the agent era, accelerating agent adoption across more industrial scenarios.

Zettlab | Closes Tens of Millions in Funding to Rebuild NAS with AI

Zettlab, an Oasis Capital Pre-A lead investment, recently completed its third round of funding totaling tens of millions of yuan. Investors included Xinglian Capital, Vertex Ventures China, and Fengqiao Capital. Proceeds will continue to fund edge AI capabilities, integrated hardware-software design, and overseas supply chain and channel development.

Founded by team members with backgrounds at DJI and Cloud Whale, Zettlab positions NAS as the host for local AI agents, enabling on-device video search, organization, and intelligent editing. On Kickstarter, Zettlab raised over $1.4 million, with 80% of buyers citing its AI features — suggesting "AI NAS" is carving out a new consumer path from traditional storage categories.

LimX Dynamics | Oli and TRON 1 Debut at Abu Dhabi DRIFTx 2025

LimX Dynamics brought its full-size humanoid robot Oli and bipedal robot TRON 1 to DRIFTx 2025 in Abu Dhabi, a major international stage for intelligent driving and robotics. Both products demonstrated core capabilities including gait control, turning, and stair navigation in real venue environments, drawing attention from international media, research institutions, and industry audiences.

Oli demonstrated stable gait and high-degree-of-freedom movements showcasing key full-size humanoid capabilities; TRON 1 distinguished itself in flexibility and environmental adaptability, validating progress on its multi-modal mobility platform. LimX Dynamics is expanding real-world validation through overseas demonstrations, continuing to advance technology export and industry engagement for humanoid robots in global markets.

ENCOS | Debuts at Korea Robotworld 2025, Core Joint Modules Target Global Market

ENCOS participated in Robotworld 2025, Korea's largest robotics exhibition, at Seoul KINTEX in November, joining 347 companies from around the world. As a core component supplier, ENCOS showcased its full range of planetary, hollow planetary, and harmonic joint modules, alongside humanoid-robot-dedicated smart batteries, attracting interest from industry customers across multiple countries.

During the exhibition, ENCOS conducted intensive outreach with overseas OEMs and supply chain partners, further validating the engineering maturity of its high-torque, high-precision, lightweight joint modules. The company continues advancing global supply capabilities for core components, accelerating scaled deployment in international robotics markets.

Spirit AI | Moz1 Appears at World Internet Conference, Featured on CCTV

At the 2025 World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit, Spirit AI's humanoid robot Moz1 performed live demonstrations of grasping and folding flexible garments, earning featured coverage on CCTV's World Finance. Garment handling involves unstructured objects, random deformation, and long-horizon action planning — significantly more challenging than rigid-object manipulation demos.

Moz1's demonstration was powered by the Spirit v1 VLA model, maintaining consistent performance in continuous actions, stability, and dynamic perception, validating engineering progress on real household tasks. As more high-complexity scenarios are added to testing, Spirit AI is gradually expanding the coverage of embodied intelligence from "lab capabilities" to "deliverable capabilities."

VAST | Tripo at WePlay 2025, Demonstrating Real-Time AI 3D for Gaming

VAST exhibited at Shanghai WePlay & ZFX 2025, demonstrating AI 3D model applications in real-time generation and game asset production for developers and indie game teams. The exhibition highlighted hands-on access to the new Tripo model, allowing users to generate models, adjust structures, and export assets directly within game engines.

The booth also featured an indie game demo using Tripo GameHub, validating the feasibility of combining AI 3D with interactive content. Through concentrated offline engagement with developers and players, Tripo is further expanding its application footprint in game asset generation and creator toolchains.

Qingmao Intelligence | Invited to Third Ocean Intelligence Computing Conference, Presents Compute Optimization Solutions

Yao Hang, co-founder and COO of Qingmao Intelligence, was invited to deliver a keynote at the intelligent computing forum of the Third Ocean Intelligence Computing Conference. Speaking on "Hardware-Software Co-Optimization: Reshaping AI Productivity," he presented the company's latest advances in hardware-software co-optimization.

The engagement further advanced Qingmao's collaboration with industry organizations and research teams, validating its engineering maturity in model inference deployment and private compute infrastructure. The company will continue iterating its product matrix to deliver high-performance, deployable compute infrastructure for ocean intelligence and broader industrial applications.

Oasis Ecosystem | Boli and VAST at Formnext 10th Anniversary

At Formnext 2025's tenth anniversary in Frankfurt, Germany, VAST and Boli Technology both exhibited alongside 800+ global additive manufacturing companies.

VAST focused on launching its AI 3D foundation model and Tripo Studio full-process workstation, drawing upstream and downstream industry attention with on-site demonstrations of higher-precision, shorter-cycle generation capabilities;

Boli Technology showcased its scaled mass production achievements in athletic footwear, medical devices, and engineering structural components, presenting global markets with Chinese companies' systematic capabilities in material systems, structural algorithms, and intelligent manufacturing.

Representing key directions in AI 3D and new-material manufacturing respectively, the two companies strengthened their global industry influence through this exhibition, laying groundwork for the continued expansion of Chinese technology in the additive manufacturing value chain.

Attention | Conversation with Baotong Lu of Microsoft Research Asia on How Vector Retrieval Is Reshaping Model Attention

Oasis Capital published a new Attention article focusing on the paper Retrieval Attention: Accelerating Long-context LLM Inference via Vector Retrieval. In the article, author Dr. Baotong Lu proposes the Retrieval Attention mechanism, introducing vector retrieval into attention computation. By offloading most KV cache to CPU and dynamically selecting the most relevant Keys via ANN, it dramatically reduces GPU memory usage while maintaining near-full-attention accuracy.

The subsequent RetroInfer system further optimizes CPU-GPU coordination and cache management, enabling 8B-parameter models to run ultra-long contexts on a single card and delivering several-fold throughput improvements on A100 — demonstrating a scalable engineering path for long-context inference.
