Yunqi Partners | Physical intelligence startup "FeiJieKeSi" raises hundreds of millions of RMB in Series A1, with Yunqi Capital increasing its stake
As AI pushes deeper into robotics, manufacturing, and the physical world, accurately understanding the laws of physics is becoming the critical bridge for models to move from "generating something that looks right" to "operating correctly in reality."

Recently, physics intelligence leader Feijie Kesi Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its Series A1 financing. This round was co-led by existing shareholder TEDA VC alongside Oceanpine Capital and Fudan University Science and Technology Innovation; new investors include Yida Capital, Advantage Capital, Yongyue Capital, Huirong Fund, Caixin Capital, and Xiangjiang State Investment; existing shareholders Yunqi Capital, Silicon Harbor Capital, Zhongying Venture Capital, and Changlei Venture Capital continued to increase their investments. The total amount raised was several hundred million RMB, fully demonstrating the capital market's strong recognition of the company's technical capabilities and growth prospects.
Deeply rooted in the foundational physics AI track, Feijie Kesi has maintained a steady financing pace. Previously, the company secured investments from leading institutions including Matrix Partners China, Oriental Fortune Capital, and Dingfeng Sci-Tech Innovation, as well as strategic investment from MetaX, with multiple capital partners following on across consecutive rounds — laying a solid financial foundation for the company's R&D and industrialization efforts.
Since 2026, Feijie Kesi has achieved multiple breakthroughs in physics AI and embodied intelligence foundational technology. The company has built China's first full-stack, self-developed physics intelligence technology system, with five core products: the differentiable physics engine Fysics, the embodied intelligence simulation and training platform MoziSim, the physics AI full-modality foundation model OmniFysics, the physics world model Fysiverse, and the full-chain physics AI data solution FysiData. Together, these address the industry's pervasive "physics hallucination" problem from the ground up, filling a technical gap in China's physics intelligence foundational ecosystem.
As the designated chain leader for physics intelligence in Shanghai's Xuhui District, Feijie Kesi boasts a top-tier core team, led by Fudan University professor Lihua Zhang, a core founding architect of NVIDIA's PhysX physics simulation engine. Core members hail from elite universities including Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, and Shanghai Jiao Tong, with deep expertise in physics simulation, embodied intelligence, and multimodal large models, combining substantial technical accumulation with hands-on industrial deployment experience.
During the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Feijie Kesi spearheaded the formation of China's first physics intelligence innovation consortium, bringing together 32 universities, research institutes, leading enterprises, and venture capital institutions to connect the full chain of innovation, industry, and capital. The consortium focuses on core technical pain points in the industry, coordinating efforts to tackle key technologies, build industry standards, and share deployment scenarios — all aimed at driving the scaled, ecosystem-based, high-quality development of domestic physics AI.
With this funding round completed, Feijie Kesi will continue to deepen its full-stack self-developed technology, leverage the industry consortium to integrate upstream and downstream resources, and steadily strengthen the domestic physics AI technology foundation — supporting the advancement of embodied intelligence, high-end manufacturing, and related industries.
