ZhenFund Celebrates Another Angel-Stage IPO in Three Weeks as "UISEE" — the First Full-Scenario L4 Autonomous Driving Stock — Lists on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On May 20, UISEE — a provider of full-scenario L4 autonomous driving solutions — officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under ticker 1511.HK.

In 2016, Gansha Wu, then director of Intel Labs China and chief engineer, left the tech giant to dive headfirst into autonomous driving entrepreneurship, drawing widespread attention across China's AI industry.

UISEE was born in a garage in Beijing's Fangshan district. The name "驭势" (yù shì, "riding the momentum") derives from a passage in The Master of Ghost Valley: "Those who observe the momentum are clear-sighted; those who follow the momentum are wise; those who ride the momentum walk alone at the top of the world."

Since 2016, ZhenFund has organized ongoing technical exchange platforms, bringing together top engineers for cross-disciplinary dialogue and intellectual exchange. It was at one such gathering that Yong Zhao, founder of DeepGlint, found his entrepreneurial direction — and subsequently introduced Gansha Wu to ZhenFund.

ZhenFund founding partner Anna Fang recalls that in the first business plan UISEE submitted, the opening line read: "Be the one who rides the trend, not the one who drifts with the current." The final page stated with unwavering conviction: "Only by conquering everything can you survive."

A decade on, this original aspiration and conviction have remained the through-line of UISEE's growth, the spiritual foundation propelling the company forward.

Over these ten years, UISEE has transformed from a garage dream into a national-level "Little Giant" specialized and innovative enterprise, into a Chinese force on the global autonomous driving stage. From initial explorations in closed scenarios, it now spans four major domains including passenger and commercial vehicles, with ten typical application scenarios, an L4 autonomous fleet exceeding 1,200 vehicles, and cumulative autonomous driving mileage surpassing 9.2 million kilometers — each step taken with steadiness and substance.

Underpinning this robust development is UISEE's 100% full-stack self-developed core technology and consistently high R&D investment. From 2023 to 2025, the company's R&D expenditures reached RMB 184 million, 196 million, and 234 million respectively. Its R&D team numbers 227 people, with 50.2% holding master's or doctoral degrees. The company holds 661 authorized patents, 217 patent applications, and 75 software copyrights. Its self-developed U-Drive® 5.0 full-scenario autonomous driving platform can compress new vehicle model and scenario development cycles to under one person-month, building a formidable long-term technical moat.

After a decade of deep cultivation, in Gansha Wu's mind, UISEE has never strayed from its original vision — it remains the same team that creates miracles daily and never stops moving. The blueprint for intelligent mobility once sketched out is now being realized one piece at a time, becoming reality.

As the "first full-scenario L4 autonomous driving stock," UISEE's Hong Kong listing will leverage the international capital markets platform to further accelerate full-stack self-developed technology iteration, global commercial scenario expansion, and industrial chain ecosystem layout, speeding the large-scale adoption and application of AI drivers.
