HydoTech, a global leader in green hydrogen production, today announced the completion of a new strategic funding round led by NIO Capital, with continued follow-on investments from existing shareholders Xiang He Capital and Joy Capital. A portion of NIO Capital's investment was structured through a strategic partnership with CLP Group. The proceeds will be directed toward global market expansion and new product development, further solidifying HydoTech's technological innovation edge and commercial leadership in the green hydrogen industry. ZhenFund had previously invested in HydoTech's angel round in 2021.

HydoTech is dedicated to providing continuously leading green hydrogen solutions for global energy transition pioneers. From its flagship advanced electrolysis system Hydolyser® to ecosystem solutions covering multi-scenario applications, HydoTech has entered markets in China, Europe, and the Middle East, earning recognition from energy giants including Saudi Aramco, Sinopec, Shell, and TotalEnergies.

Combining its plug-in architecture with the self-developed HydoOS® green hydrogen intelligent management system, HydoTech provides customers with full-lifecycle electrolyzer health monitoring and O&M capabilities. Based on HydoOS® CVM technology, the system can monitor the health status of individual cells in real time, with identified faulty cells capable of rapid replacement or upgrade within 12 hours on project sites. Following complete on-site operational procedures established in strict accordance with petrochemical industry standards, O&M costs are reduced by at least 90%, addressing a core industry pain point.
