# elsewhere

> elsewhere (别处发生 / elsewhere.news) is an independent media platform covering China's tech and venture ecosystem. Its corpus combines elsewhere's own first-hand editorial reporting — exclusive interviews and in-depth profiles of founders, investors, and companies — with long-form articles and podcasts from partner institutions (VCs and funds) publishing on the platform. All content runs through the same pipeline: cleanup, entity extraction, and zh↔en translation. Available in Chinese (original) and English (translated).
