Recently, the 2025 AI Cloud 100 China list was officially unveiled. The list aims to identify Cloud companies that have achieved genuine commercial deployment in generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and delivered significant economic returns.
This year's list is divided into six segments, covering AI infrastructure, AI intelligent insights, AI productivity, AI physical world, AI services, and AI content generation. Qiming Venture Partners portfolio companies Zhipu AI, Unisound (09678.HK), Infinigence AI, StepFun, XSKY, Xiaoe Tech, Shengshu Technology, Tongdun Technology, DeepWise, Fxiaoke, Kiminfo, and Galaxy Universal were selected for the list. Among them, Xiaoe Tech and Shengshu Technology ranked first in the AI services and AI content generation segments, respectively.

Since its inaugural release in 2022, this list has become one of the most influential annual rankings in China's AI Cloud sector. This year's evaluation criteria include: generative AI products and services accounting for at least 10% of total company revenue; company valuation or valuation range confirmed by the organizers through third-party data sources; and comprehensive operational metrics such as recognized revenue, revenue growth, gross margin, and GenAI revenue share, alongside industry position, influence, and market share in each company's respective sector.
The organizers summarized five major trends for AI Cloud in 2025: from assistant to partner, as AI applications evolve from Copilot to Autopilot, with Copilot representing the initial stage; ambient intelligence beginning to deliver commercial value at scale, powered by generative AI and intelligent hardware; RaaS (Result as a Service) achieving traction first in scenarios with clear, measurable optimization metrics and attributable outcomes; on-device AI creating new application opportunities through the rapid development of AI smartphones, AI PCs, and AI all-in-one devices; and the explosion of high-quality data driving the first embodied intelligence applications to advance from L0.5 to L1.
