The VENTURE50 awards, refined over two decades, have become a leading barometer for high-growth enterprise investment in China. The 2025 selection process combined multiple rounds of online evaluation with offline matchmaking, creating an efficient interactive platform for tech ventures and investment institutions. This actively facilitated industry-capital alignment, discovering and witnessing countless outstanding tech enterprises grow from "sprouts" to "unicorns," driving deep integration of industry and capital to serve the high-quality development of China's tech innovation sector.
Among the 2025 VENTURE50 Fengyun 50 and Xinya 50 honorees, AI companies dominated, accounting for 49% of the total. Embodied AI, generative AI, and "AI + vertical scenarios" became focal points for venture capital, pushing AI from technology proof-of-concept toward commercial deployment. With policy support and market demand forming a triple engine of "technology-capital-scenarios," the AI industry is transitioning from a "model explosion phase" to a "scenario fulfillment phase," injecting strong momentum into high-quality development.
