Changingedu

Changingedu (轻轻家教) is a Chinese K-12 education company co-founded by Changke Liu, who had earlier founded 昂立教育 and left after its 2014 merger-and-listing with 新南洋 made it China's first listed K12 education stock — one FreeS Fund piece dates his departure to 2014 , another to 2015 . Liu served as the company's founder and CEO . FreeS Fund (峰瑞资本) was a backer, listing 轻轻家教 among its consumer portfolio companies and following on in its Series D round in late 2017 . Beyond that, elsewhere's corpus on the company itself is thin — the material above comes mainly from FreeS Fund's own publications around 2017–2019, so the company's later trajectory isn't covered here.
