Datablau (数语科技) is a Chinese data governance software company that positions itself as the domestic pioneer and leader in the field, having built a full-stack product matrix centered on data modeling . It was founded by CEO Wang Zheng (王琤), and as of 2023 had served over 200 large enterprise clients across financial services, smart manufacturing, energy, logistics, education, and government sectors . The company raised a Series B1 round in August 2023 led by Koala Fund, with Linear Capital — its Series A exclusive backer — continuing to invest; at that time it was already planning for an IPO and had recorded 180% revenue growth in 2022 . More recently, an IDC report cited by Linear Capital in late 2025 ranked Datablau first in China's data governance professional vendor market share for 2024, placing it ahead of Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud in the top three . Its current strategy centers on an AI-driven "Data Agent" approach and AIC intelligent engine to serve as the data foundation for enterprise AI applications , and in early 2026 it led the drafting of China's first data lineage management tool standard alongside government and industry bodies .
