Duote Bio (多特生物, DotBio) is a Singapore-founded biopharmaceutical company developing innovative antibody therapies for oncology, built around its proprietary modular platform called DotBody . In August 2023, the company raised a Pre-A round of tens of millions of RMB, co-led by Gaorong Ventures and Biling Ventures (比邻星创投), with proceeds earmarked for preclinical studies and for scaling up its DotBody platform's automation . The DotBody platform is designed to screen multifunctional antibody prototypes against intracellular and extracellular tumor-immunology targets, using techniques including colony filtration (CoFi), high-temperature CoFi, and high-throughput miniaturized assays .
