Duote Bio (多特生物, DotBio) is a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical company developing innovative antibody therapies for oncology through its proprietary modular platform, DotBody . Founded as a platform company, it uses DotBody technology alongside colony filtration (CoFi), high-temperature CoFi, high-throughput miniaturized assays, and data analytics to rapidly design multifunctional antibody prototypes targeting both intracellular and extracellular disease factors .

In August 2023, Duote Bio raised a tens-of-millions RMB Pre-A round co-led by Gaorong Ventures and Biling Star Venture Capital, with proceeds directed toward preclinical studies—animal efficacy, chemistry, manufacturing and controls—and expanding its DotBody platform's automation capabilities . The company has established partnerships with Junshi Biosciences, among others, and had pipeline collaborations submitted for IND approval as of mid-2023 . Gaorong Ventures, which led the investment, highlighted Duote Bio's humanized nanobody technology platform as distinctive and potentially transformative in the multifunctional antibody space .
