Engitist (匠岭科技) is a Chinese semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment company positioned as a domestic leader in the sector. In May 2025, it closed consecutive Series B and B+ rounds totaling hundreds of millions of yuan, with Qiming Venture Partners leading the B+ round and ShiXi Capital leading the Series B . The B+ round also drew co-investors including Yuanhe Puhua, Hundun Investment, and existing backer Fengyuan Capital . The proceeds were earmarked for new product R&D and scaled production capacity . By September 2025, the company had shipped its third-generation Optical Critical Dimension (OCD) measurement tool, the OM80 .
