Feng Miao

Feng Miao (苗峰) is the founder and CEO of Shangyue (商越), a procurement-focused enterprise SaaS company that raised a RMB 39 million angel round and a RMB 58 million Pre-A round in 2019, backed by FreeS Fund . Before founding Shangyue, he spent 11 years at Yonyou, where he rose to vice president, followed by 5 years at Alibaba — leading an early O2O project under its new-retail push, running enterprise procurement for its B-side business group, and serving as CEO of an Alibaba–China Minmetals joint venture, a background per FreeS Fund's write-up gave him deep grounding in enterprise digitalization, B2B e-commerce and supply-chain procurement . He's remained active in the role: as of 2025 he was still fronting Shangyue Technology, delivering a keynote titled "AI Reconstructs Procurement Value" at a Qiming Venture Partners portfolio event .
