Flexiv

Flexiv (非夕科技) is a general-purpose intelligent robotics company founded in 2016 by Shiquan Wang and fellow Stanford alumni, with its core team drawn from Stanford's robotics and AI labs . The company has evolved from an adaptive robot manufacturer into what it now calls a "general intelligent infrastructure provider," anchored by its self-developed "general intelligent base platform" that fuses advanced force control with hierarchical AI .

Its signature product line is the Rizon series of adaptive robotic arms, first unveiled in 2019, which integrate high-precision force control, computer vision, and AI to handle complex tasks in unstructured environments . In March 2026, Flexiv launched the Enlight (初昕) series, a lighter-weight robot with full-body skin-level force sensing capable of detecting 0.5N contact forces across up to seven simultaneous contact points . The company also incubated Noematrix (穹彻智能), an embodied intelligence startup founded in 2023 .
