Magic Warehouse Robotics (魔仓机器人) is a Suzhou-based warehouse robotics startup founded by CEO Cheng Changshun, a logistics engineering graduate of Beijing University of Science and Technology Technology with prior stints at Dematic, TGW, Inther China, and Megvii . The company raised a RMB 20 million seed round in May 2023 led by Source Code Capital and K2VC, with Weihe Investment, HKX, and TusStar among the followers .

Its core product is the Magic5S solution built around the T-AMR mobile robot and MagicVision software control platform, using an AV-AS/RS system to replace traditional AS/RS systems and forklifts . The pitch centers on "industrial upstairs" multi-floor warehousing, lower storage costs, and pallet handling through standardized, modular, flexibly deployed systems targeting new energy, pharmaceuticals, food, and smart manufacturing . As of the 2023 funding, the company had delivered its first project within six months of founding . Source Code Capital described it as having drawn considerable industry attention despite being only a year old at the time of a 2024 site visit .
