Memory Machine

Memory Machine™ is a big-memory software product developed by MemVerge, a company backed by Gaorong Capital, which led its previous funding round . The software integrates Intel® Optane™ persistent memory technology to enable enterprises to process massive data volumes in memory, with a product roadmap targeting petabyte-scale data processing at nanosecond speeds . MemVerge announced a $19 million strategic investment in May 2020 from Intel, Cisco, NetApp, and SK hynix, with the capital earmarked for continued R&D on Memory Machine™ and building out a marketing push for what the company termed the "big memory computing" era . The product was formally launched in September 2020, with both a standard edition and an upgraded version offering enterprise-grade data services for persistent, compatible access to highly available memory .
