ReviR Therapeutics (溪砾科技) is an AI+RNA drug discovery startup founded in 2021, built around its voyageRTM AI technology platform that combines machine learning with RNA biology to accelerate candidate compound screening and development . The company has raised multiple rounds from a roster of Chinese venture firms: an angel round in May 2021 led by 5Y Capital and DHVC, a Pre-A round in January 2022 with follow-on from Shunwei Capital, Yunqi Capital and Tiantu Capital, and a $30 million Series A in July 2024 led by Dragonstone Capital with continued participation from 5Y Capital, DHVC and others . Beyond fundraising, ReviR has struck partnerships with biopharma companies including Asieris Pharmaceuticals and the CMT Research Foundation, and in December 2024 announced a collaboration with the Kennedy Disease Association .
